Bring your Medicare card, a current medicines list and any relevant letters or results.
Private consultation fees apply.
Ask reception about the fee and any Medicare rebate before your appointment.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
Same-day appointments are available with Dr Integrity, subject to availability. Check his appointment times on HotDoc or call 02 6654 1566. For a medical emergency, call 000.
What are the fees? Do you bulk bill?
Private consultation fees apply and are payable on the day. Ask reception for the fee, any Medicare rebate and whether any bulk-billing eligibility applies to your appointment. Fees can vary with appointment length and the service provided.
Can I keep seeing the same doctor?
You can choose your preferred doctor when booking, subject to availability. For ongoing care, ask about arranging your next review with the same doctor before you leave.
What if I’m new or need a longer appointment?
Tell reception if this is your first visit, you have several concerns, or you need time for forms or a procedure. They can help you choose an appointment length. Bring relevant records and your current medicines list.
Are telehealth appointments available?
Telephone or video consultations may be offered at the treating doctor’s discretion. Ask reception whether telehealth is suitable and about fees and Medicare eligibility.
How do I follow up results or repeat prescriptions?
Agree with your doctor how and when to follow up your results. For repeat prescriptions, referrals or certificates, contact reception; a consultation may be needed. These are provided when clinically appropriate.
Privacy, records & getting in touch
Contact reception for the practice privacy policy, access to medical records, or to discuss a concern with the practice manager. Please avoid sending sensitive health information by ordinary email.
Online bookings are handled by HotDoc under its own terms and privacy policy. This website does not collect appointment requests or medical information through a form.
